The hotel is spotlessly clean. The facilities are excellent. The location in Memphis downtown is magnificent. Offers decent sized and brand-new rooms with coffee and fridge. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator are a nice touch.

The staff at the hotel was extremely nice and enthusiastic. The location of the hotel in the Memphis area was great. It was so convenient being close to shopping centers, gas stations, and restaurants.

I came here for 2 nights and had a nice stay. The breakfast was hot and offered a great selection of items. My room included multi-channel TV, a fridge, and coffee and tea making equipment.

Had a double room by the front desk and wake-up service was available in it. The employees of the venue were respectful.

The staff here were really on it, making check-in a breeze. The room was a good size and looked fresh as a daisy 🌼. It cost US$ 125, which felt fair for what we got. Service and food were both solid too! 🍽️ a good stay!

Met all our needs for a last-minute wedding stay. 🎉 Had a great experience - everything seemed brand-new and my room was nice and quiet.

Location: the hotel was not far from restaurants, shopping and close proximity and restaurants areas and shopping areas. I found nice Chick-fil-A by accident, it was just a short stroll away from the venue. The staff were all respectful and excellent and the continental breakfast was delicious.

The food options were great here, the suburban setting was a bonus, and exploring the Cordova district was enjoyable.
